"Going Above and Beyond"
I foolishly neglected to check the filter in my fridge and ended up ordering one meant for a previous model I owned. It hit me only when I was about to put in the new filter. Usually, you'd think you'd have to return them, get the right ones, and maybe even cough up a restocking fee. But not here! They asked me to snap a pic of my current filter, which clearly showed the right part number, and they sent me the correct filters right away. They didn’t even ask for the old ones back!

Glacier Fresh filters cost less compared to other brands. Our order got shipped super quick right after we placed it, and it arrived on time. It's rare for a vendor to reach out to us directly to confirm we received our order. They only asked us to fill out a survey after that.

"Refrigerator filters I purchased."
I got some filters for my fridge. Even though they were on back order, they showed up pretty fast, and the team kept me in the loop the whole time, offering me the choice to cancel or pick something else. "Complete Rip-off"
What a complete rip-off. I ordered a soda maker, but they sent me a CO2 canister instead, with no soda maker in sight. I reached out via email, but they’ve been totally unresponsive. There’s no phone number listed on their website either. To top it off, my bank hit me with a 'foreign currency conversion fee' on my credit card just for the joy of being scammed. Watch out, folks!!!!!!

"Awesome Company Experience"
I was really pleased with my order that arrived on time. It’s always a bit nerve-wracking when you’re trying out a new online store. They kept me updated on my order’s progress the whole time. Plus, they showed a lot of concern afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly with the delivery and the item. The company also provides some neat info about water quality, which I found pretty cool. It’s a fantastic company to work with, and I plan to stick with them for as long as I need their stuff, which for me are water filters for my fridge. No need to doubt, like I said, they were just great, great, every step of the way.

"Just as great as big-name brands but way cheaper!"
